Interviews with Public Artists

I am extremely passionate about public arts in Chicago and elsewhere. In the Spring of 2016, I decided to start a series of email/phone interviews with public artists in Chicago and beyond. The artists work in a variety of mediums: sticker, stencil, wheat paste, mosaic and even flowers.

Below are the interviews I have conducted.

  1. Interview with Pencil Pad
  2. Interview with Megzany
  3. Interview with WRDSMITH
  4. The Amazing Geoffroy Mottart
  5. Conversation with Jim Bachor
  6. You Are Beautiful
  7. Conversation with Chicago Artist: Sick Fisher
  8. A New Mantra for Chicago
  9. Fish Swimming in Concrete
